Creative Logo’s Terms of Use:

Upon purchasing a package or services from Creative Logo you agree to be legally bound by the follwing conditions for terms of use. Please read the information on this page very carefully. Creative Logo has the right to update these terms at any time. Once the project is complete according to the agreed package or service requested by client Creative Logo agrees to award ownership of all final and approved artwork. Creative Logo will submitt completed files in the appropriate formats for print and web use (ie: jpg, gif, eps, tif, both vector and rastor formats). All files are submitted without the original layers. Original layered files remain the property of Creative Logo. Client can purchase these layered file for a pre-arranged fee.

Creative Logo retains the right to use the artwork produced for it's clients on the Creative Logo website in the Gallery section and advertising materials produced by Creative Logo. Projects, concepts and artwork produced however not used by client remains the full property of Creative Logo. All order confirmation, questionaire confirmation and artwork delivery will be sent via the internet. Clients will review all concepts and revisions via the internet and /or email communicaitons.

Creative Logo is available to answer any questions or concerns a client might have by phone during normal opperating hours of 10am - 6pm EST. Normal delivery time for concepts is within 3-5 business days from placement of order and receipt of accurately filled out questionaire project form. Depending on client revisions cycle, some projects can take only a few days to complete and some can take months. Next day service on selected services and packages is available for an extra fee.

Submitted Designs and Revision Cycle Process:
Revision cycles depend on service and/or packages selected by client. The following are the steps for design delivery process and revision cycles:

1. Creative logo submits a certain number of designs (depending on package/service selected) ,
2. Client selects one design for Creative Logo to either deliver final if approved or to continue working on with revisions
3. Client will submit a revision brief
4. Creative Logo will apply the revisions requested by client and submit a revised design
5. This cycle will continue for the agreed to revsion cycles according to the design package selected by client selected at time of purchase. Revision cycles take 3-5 business days to complete.
6. Client agrees to provide Creative Logo with timely responses to all notifications. Client has 20 days to respond to a notification, if client takes more that 20 days to respond then Creative Logo will assume that the project is complete and will deliver the latest revision of design.
7. Once the final design is agreed and signed off by client, Creative Logo will submitt the appropriate files to client both vector and rastor formats. (ie: jpgs, gifs, tifs. and eps).

Logo Design Guarantee and Cancelation policy: Creative Logo is confident that our clients will be fully satisfied with our design services. However, if at any time before requesting your first round of revisions you may choose to stop all work. Creative Logo will refund your money back less $75.00 set-up and processing fee. You may not receive a refund if you have already requested revisions to your logo or if you have not responded back to Creative Logo within 20 days from purchasing a package or service. There will be no refund if the client's company that the logo is being designed for closes, changes name or business activity. There is no money-back guarantee with packages other that the logo packages. Our guarantee applies to our logo design services only. Any service other than logo design, does not fall under our guarantee/refund policy. Refunds for other services such as, but not limited to: web design, brochure, websites and other design services will be left to the sole discretion of Creative Logo.

Creative Logo expects the client to perform research on their company name to be sure the name is not already in use and securing a trademark etc. to protect the clients legal rights to any name or image. Creative logo is not responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.

CHARGEBACKS: Creative Logo will assess a $25 processing fee in the event of a charge back. Client will also be liable for all collection and legal expenses incurred in the collection of funds owe to Creative Logo for services rendered or breach of contract. Client concedes that Creative Logo will pursue and enforce these terms to the fullest extent of the law.

THIS AGREEMENT: is deemed executed by the parties in the State of Florida and shall be enforceable only in Florida pursuant to the laws of Florida.
